"Since the beginning of times, creatures on Earth tried to make sense of our home," said The All Seeing Eye to the Moon. " I am particularly impressed by how humans perceive the Universe. It is like their eyes are like mirrors that capture the complexity of the Universe back into their material world. Have you seen how they captured your beauty for centuries? You appear in many stories, illustrations, art, and poetry, and you even have a humanized appearance in many of their art, meaning they love you so much they felt the need to make you one of their own. "
The Moon looked at The All Seeing Eye and blushed, giving him a very shy smile. She then said: " Your reflection upon this subject reminds me, particularly of how women, for centuries, incorporated the star signs and galaxies into their lives as sewn signs onto the handmade shirts, transforming them from functional objects to art pieces. I am so impressed with their meticulous skills and passion that I decided I would keep this creative process alive. In the realm of The Living, something terrible happened with the apparition of technology. Everything started to be produced in bulk, fast, and the slow process of this artistic hand embroidery process would soon disappear. For most, cheap quality clothes, art, and objects, in general, are more at hand and satisfy the needs and budget of almost everyone. To have a timeless hand-embroidered shirt with sewn signs of our Universe or to have a unique piece of art requires unconditional love, passion, and patience. Nowadays, it is very rare to find a spiritual connotation to the object created and to be unique."
The All-Seeing Eye quickly looked at the women all around the world, and he was impressed to realize that he couldn't understand how he could miss such an important detail. He wasn't that much into fashion or art, after all, but now that The Moon mentioned this, he could see there is a lack of true beauty in most man-made things, whether it is art, architecture, fashion, cars, and so on. " I am so sad to notice all this decadence of beauty in all industries!" said The All-Seeing Eye to the Moon, with tears in his eye and perplexed. "Is there something we can do about it? " The Moon grabbed his hand and said: Do not worry, Your Highness, I already started the regeneration process across the Earth, and because I am into fashion, as you may have noticed, I was particularly interested in saving the timeless Romanian shirt that is my favorite piece in my wardrobe for centuries and, which was some greatest artist's inspiration too because of its beauty. Seeing this happening, whilst the process of creating these beautiful blouses was about to die, I looked upon Earth, searching into the hearts of any living being to see if I could still find a sparkle of this passion alive. And guess what, I did.
Whilst my spirit was roaming in search of this being, I was distracted by some gorgeous red peony field. It was a hot May day, and as I was watching the beauty of these flowers, I stumbled upon a Queen Bee that was very focused on these particular flowers. She had a sketch pad in her hand, and she was drawing something. I approached her to see closer what she was doing, but of course, she couldn't see me. As I was watching over her shoulder, I saw she was drawing a peony in a stylized manner. She was carefully choosing the colors, trying different shades that worked perfectly together, and without realizing it, I was with her all afternoon until I realized the sun was going down. She already drew a dozen of different stylized signs variants of a peony. In her sketchpad, I could see hundreds of stylized signs for stars, planets, water, earth, sun, animals, flowers, and plants; she had a sign for everything you could think of. I was deeply impressed by her determination and passion. When she finished that day, and when I was about to leave, as I had to return to my night duty of illuminating the Earth, I saw her grabbing a few threads of silk from her pocket and a needle stuck in a small piece of hemp fabric and started to hand embroider what she had designed earlier. I couldn't believe my eyes, and I had found what I was looking for. I chose her not because she was meant to be chosen but because there was no one else with the same passion and determination as she was. I could hear her whispering: "Oh... If I could only afford to buy more silk, so I could create my magical Romanian Blouse."
I returned up into the sky, and whilst I was in my night service time, I thought about a way to help the Queen Bee of Sewn Signs. And an idea came as clear as a bright shining star. I will give her magical powers so she can awaken the dormant hand embroidery passion in other bees in her realm. And it happened. In only a few years, she would gather a tremendous number of bees in her Beehive, and together with another Queen Bee from another region, they would teach the bees all over the realm every step in creating a perfectly embroidered Blouse, so dozens of masterpieces were created by her working bees, and all the creature in their realm would be stunned by the beauty and their meticulous work. Now she has enough silk for her and her bees, a fabric made only from natural materials like hemp, cotton, and linen.
Recently she has created a bee hive hub in the center of the realm, the magnet that makes the bees gather, share ideas, and work. Even the King from another realm hosted an exhibition with their magical blouses. Soon the whole world would be mesmerized and inspired by such masterpieces. And, of course, I will renew my wardrobe too, with "Cămașa cu Altiță," said The Moon with such an excited and happy tone. " I am so impressed by your work, my dear Moon. There is still hope for humanity! " said The All-Seeing Eye with a relieving sigh, and they covered their light with puffy clouds for a good night's sleep.
